Properties:
resistant to stress and vibration;
rapid hardening;
wide operating temperature range;
can be used on oily surfaces;
prevents leaks;
controlled torque/demand ratio.
Field of use:
For all common sizes of nuts and bolts of all quality classes.
How to use:
Apply evenly on bolts and nuts. Hardening in the absence of air (anaerobic). A distinction must be made between active and passive materials during the hardening period.
Active materials generally refer to metals with a high iron or copper content (e.g. iron, steel, copper, brass, brass, bronze). Active materials provide rapid hardening. On passive materials, such as alloys of steel (stainless steel), zinc, aluminum or plastics harden very slowly or only with the help of an activator.
