The fire extinguishing spray is a pressurized aerosol container, disposable, which generates an extremely fine, stable and persistent foam that quickly covers the fire, preventing its contact with atmospheric oxygen that sustains the fire.
The liquid resulting from the breaking of the foam cools the surfaces, preventing them from reigniting. The propellant used is nitrogen.
Fire extinguishing spray is used in small, incipient fires, small outbreaks of type A (combustible solids) si type B (flammable liquids), respectively in car fires (caused by electrical installation, fuel), in household and camping (due to ignition of textiles, paper, wood, wood, oil, solvents, jaratec, etc.).
The grammage is indicated on the packaging, according to European norms, namely: 1000 ml volume of the container and 600 ml volume of the active substance.
