MODE OF APPLICATION
When applying the varnish: HVLP gun nozzle - 1,3 - 1,4 mm in both versions:
Compressor pressure: minimum 6 bar
Gun gauge pressure: 2 - 2.5 bar
Note: If the compressor does not bring the pressure to at least 6 bar, the proportion of thinner can be increased (but not more than 10%) to fluidize the varnish and obtain a uniform and smooth coating. Before applying the varnish, clean the surface with a cloth. Apply 2 full coats at intervals of 4 - 6 minutes, at a temperature of 20 degrees C and relative humidity 65%. The spray distance is 12 - 15 cm for Walcom spray guns or 10 - 12 cm for Sata spray guns.
