MODE OF APPLICATION
When applying lacquer: HVLP ? 1,3 ? 1,4 mm in both versions:
Compressor pressure: minimum 6 bar
Gun pressure gauge: 2 ? 2,5 bar
Note: If the compressor does not bring the pressure to at least 6 bar, the proportion of thinner can be increased (but not more than 10%) to fluidize the varnish and obtain a uniform and smooth coating. Before applying the varnish, clean the surface with a cloth. Apply 2 full coats at 4 ? 6 minutes at a temperature of 20°C and relative humidity 65%. The spraying distance is 12 ? 15 cm for Walcom spray guns or 10 ? 12 cm for Sata guns.
